Back from India
Ive recently returned from India after a month long excursion into the colours and culture there. It's a bit sad returning to the gruelling London weather but Im full to the brim with inspiration after absorbing all the architecture, nature, patterns and colours of India. Easily my favourite places were the bazaars of jaipur, Amber Fort and the Udaipur city palace, which sits nicely next to the picturesque 'Lake Pichola'. Aside from site seeing I managed to be fairly productive and experienced a block printing workshop in which we made Indian scarfs with the traditional wood blocks.
